What you'll do:
- Be responsible for PDR Operation Excellent strategy, planning, and deployment. (EBS pull/Road map/VSM /AOP)
- Conduct CI tools training, Coaching and deployment to drive continues improvement activities.
- Lead EBS/OpA deployment
- Be responsible for three pillars culture deployment(Safety, Quality, CI).
- Be responsible for employee engagement in CI events, Ideas, and Gemba
- Be responsible for I4.0 Deploy, digitalize plant and process automatic improvement
- Be responsible for process continuous improvement efforts for relay out, lead time, line balance, manufacture productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with production line on workshop staff continues improvement. Defined and maintained plant 5S management.
- Supporting manufacture engineering improvement (VOP, Standard work, pFMEA, process Kaizen eta)
- To support quality depart build up EQS system.
- Coordinate with other function on sustainable projects, green plant, carbon neutral, Energy saving, GHG reduce.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above Degree in industries engineering, electrical & mechanical engineering is preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in a related manufacturing field and industry.
- Operational management experience, particularly in Opex functions.
- Profound knowledge of electrical production process and OpEx strategies.
- Strong communications skills.
- Proficient English skills in verbal and written.
- Strong organizational/time management skills and close attention to detail.
- Strong commitment and responsibility to deliver value to the business & customer.
