Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a OPEX Manager.

What you'll do:

Job Summary
To improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Business System to ensure the business meets strategic plans, growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be: Eaton Lean Six Sigma support to the Quality System, and Lead the plant's effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria.

Job Responsibilities
• Support and Facilitate the Strategic Alignment Events with all Senior Managers in the Plant
• Drive continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence and OpA processes throughout the organization

• Drive Eaton Lean Six Sigma deployment
• Identify and eliminate process variations resulting in external and internal failures through: EQS, ELSS and other tools and processes
• Lean Enterprise including supplier and customer linkage
• To provide the necessary support so that the policy of industrial safety is respected in all its content, as well as to contribute to the success of the implementation of MESH
• Drive the follow-up of the Strategic Alignment Plan
• To develop other activities as they are assigned

Qualifications:

Education level required

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering.

Years and area of experience required

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering

Skills:

Technical knowledge
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
• Knowledge/Understanding of the Eaton Business System (EBS)
• LEAN Enterprise and Six Sigma
• Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
• Project management
• Quality Systems
• Advance computer knowledge
• CQE and/or CQM certification by ASQ
