  • Program duration: Three years
  • Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within operations management within manufacturing or supply chain teams. One assignment will be in commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.
  • Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
  • Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
  • Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
  • The program will commence with the role of Strategic Project Analyst at our EMEA Business Services Center in Budapest, where your primary responsibility will be to manage supply chain implementations across the EMEA region.
  • The program begins in September 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) by August 2025. finance A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
