The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you'll do:

Position Overview:
An Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing change initiatives within an organization. They design strategies to enhance employee adoption and reduce resistance, offer support and coaching to managers, and have expertise in change management, communication, and project management. This role is crucial for ensuring that change initiatives achieve their goals on schedule and within budget by increasing employee adoption and engagement. The OCM Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that change initiatives meet objectives of programs and initiatives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
• Develop communication plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or HR.
• No relocation is being offered for this position. Candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood OH, Fort Worth TX, Houston TX or Moon Township PA to be considered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is preferred.

Skills:

Position Criteria:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Video editing, Design and change management software tools.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, PROSCI methodology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication management experience.
• Leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment.
• Project management experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 25% travel.
