What you'll do:

• Develop production ready process for new product design meeting cost and quality target
• Implement new product into production on time, on quality, on cost.
• Lead overall process development and implementation project for electronic component within cost, time, and quality target.
• Generate project reports and effectively communicate the expectation, progress, change management, and result to the project team and stake holders in timely manner.
• Evaluate & define process methods and tools for initial launch & production that meets safety standard and productivity
• Analyze process steps using statistical methods to define optimum process parameters and capability
• Design and develop fixtures and jigs required for proper manufacturing process.
• Establish and implement continuous process control & monitoring parameters, and train plant engineering
• Collaborate with product design team, operation, and quality to develop components and assembly for manufacturability and automation.
• Lead production team on qualification runs and manage implementation into production including training.
• Coach & motivate project team, and influence members to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work.

• Bachelor's degree on one of engineering discipline: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic component, or Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in magnetics manufacturing experience. Good process development and fixture design experience.
• Experience in NPI or project management is plus
• Experienced in DFSS, or Lean manufacturing
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to interface & influence all levels of organizational level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in DFSS and/or Lean manufacturing
• Master AutoCAD (or other Mechanical CAD software), Microsoft office software (word, excel, powerpoint and project).
• Operator management experience. Ability to interface & influence all organizational level in case needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in NPI or project management is plus
