Eaton's North America Sales Organization is looking for the next National Channel Director to join our team. This position is preferrably based in Ellisville MO or Fenton MO, or any of the following locations: Glendale Heights IL, Grapevine TX, Houston TX, Smyrna GA or Charlotte NC. This position requires up to 75% travel.

What you'll do:

The National Channel Director will be responsible for developing and implementing plans and programs for established key accounts and specific target market segments. The primary function of this role will be to provide key input in developing a segment strategy for national channel partners and providing leadership for a team of key account managers in their assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all key account sales activities to achieve performance goals in accordance with marketing and sales plans
• Build close relationships with key customers to enhance sales volume and customer service.
• Enhance the effectiveness of the field sales team by identifying and leveraging opportunities for improved management tools, training, and performance.
• Oversee key account activities within the sales organization, focusing on defining optimal structures and driving continuous improvement and accountability.
• Guide and monitor the development and maintenance of customer relationships with respect to all field sales activities.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in sales or marketing
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Ellisville MO, Fenton MO, Glendale Heights IL, Grapevine TX, Houston TX, Smyrna GA or Charlotte NC.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA Preferred
• Prior experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Online Retailers is preferred
• Background and knowledge of electrical solutions within the industry.
• Prior experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Online Retailers is preferred
• Successful performance working within a matrixed corporate environment.
• Strong history of success in relationship building and working effectively in a functional work role.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158249.97 - $232099.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
