Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Molding Operator. The core hours are 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $16.25 per hour.

What you'll do:
This position is responsible for the operation of injection molding machines. The incumbent will also provide manufacturing support to every aspect of the injection molding operation, including, but not limited to, inspecting, sorting, verifying, and labeling of injection molding parts.
- Operate injection molding machines, to include horizontal and rotary presses.
- Inspect molded parts and identify quality defects such as underfill and flash.
- Use hand tools such as side cutters, box cutters, and de-flashing tools.
- Perform hourly quality inspections and document results.
- Use scales to weigh containers ensuring proper count of molded parts per container.
- Use a resource management system (SAP) to create shipping labels for molded parts.
- Use precision gauges and calipers to measure molded parts.
- Perform 5S procedures and uses sound judgment to ensure a hazard-free production area and safe operation of molding presses.
- Report irregularities or equipment malfunctions to team lead/supervisor.
- Monitor resin levels in dryer and exchange regrind barrels.
- Observe and enforce proper PPE wear and adherence to all plant safety rules and policies.
- Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
