Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a MKT Project Supervisor.

What you'll do:

JOB SUMMARY

MKT Project Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing and evaluate the growth projects related to new products. The growth related to the offer, profitability, sales of new products and their metrics through strategies and activities such as continuous research and execution of reports and analysis of databases.
Coordinates all phases of the project from the conception of the idea to the execution and launch of the product, performing all the steps of the internal procedure.
He works closely with Sales, Project and Marcom managers jointly to accelerate and close activities to achieve on-time launches and profitable projects

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Analysis, Development, implementation of key project; NEMA breakers, with profits of Y1:$1.2 M, Y2:$2.8M, Y3:$5.3M USD
2. Responsible for generating projects of new products with the objective of achieving Sales of New Products and Vitality (Objective 20% on sales of $1,194 M MXN)
3. Creation of Business Cases / NPDs / ProLaunch through the creation of presentations, Excel analysis and EATON templates (Scope of PP $1194 M MXN 2023).
4. Manage internal follow-up programs for product launches on time.
5. Coordinates the creation of new numbers of materials to be sold in our organization through the execution of evaluation, validation and follow-up of the product launch.
6. Generate presentations and business cases for launches by ProLaunch methodology.
7. Provides technical and specific support for wiring products to the sales force, promoters and projects.
8. Generate presentations, demos and product training.
9. Oversees the creation and use of marketing associates' tools and activities for product development, such as literature, packaging, translations, cross references, comparison charts, etc.
10. Runs or oversees the running of customer satisfaction surveys and market analysis surveys.
11. Leads activities related to the creation of the organization's website.
12. Responsible for all releases and developments of the organization, on time and as planned in the annual release calendar.

Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering or Marketing
• Oriented to perform on Commercial activities such as: Sales & Marketing
• Advanced level of Office software: Powerpoint & Excel (essential)
• Fluent in English (desirable >75%)
• Availability to travel from Vallejo and Cuatitlán and vice versa
• Technical knowledge in electrical Wiring Devices products, market, and strategies
• Advanced data analysis capability
• Knowledge of regulations, processes, and specifications of electrical wiring products
