Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Material Handler I, 2nd Shift to work in our new facility in El Paso! The hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm - 12:15 am. The rate for this position is $15.60 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & CRITICAL OUTPUTS:
Essential Functions:
• You will be responsible for picking multiple orders for production assembly
• Resolve warehouse challenges with attention to detail
• Responsible for performing accurate inventory transactions
• Comply with all safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment safely and competently. Understand and meet all departmental safety objectives and goals
• Keep assigned work area clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Closely follow established procedures for completing assigned functions and perform special assignments and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Previous forklift operation experience (Sit-down/stand-up)
• Minimum of 3 months manufacturing, distribution, or military experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Eaton El Paso, TX facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
