Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Material Handler. The core hours are Monday through Thrusday from 6:15 am to 5:00 pm. The rate for this position is $15.60 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The material handler will be responsible for handling and moving materials in a warehouse or production environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and Critical Outputs:

• Process material for kitting orders on time delivery.
• Complete inventory transactions for inventory accuracy.

• Comply with all safety company regulations and the use of PPE in the area.
• Exhibit a strong adherence to quality when provide material.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of prior manufacturing experience or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Basic computer skills and use of software application(s) is required.
• Available to work overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse setting.

Position Criteria:

• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive, and analytical problem-solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within a team environment.

• Able to lift/carry/push/ pull 25lbs with or without accommodation.

• Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Need's to be multifunctional
