Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Marketing Programs Manager. This leadership role is preferred to take place out of our office in Moon Township, PA or Peachtree City, GA on a hybrid schedule. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
The Marketing Programs Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of defined growth programs and associated marketing and communications activities to drive sales growth of the Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) business. This individual ensures the most effective allocation of resources for new product launches, retail in-store and online experiences, digital marketing, channel marketing, and loyalty programs to achieve business objectives. The role creates results-oriented, integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, preference, and demand across the various business verticals. Critical to success in this position is the ability to lead and develop the ARS Marketing team while also collaborating with key stakeholders. Eaton's products include, but not limited to, wiring devices, loadcenters, circuit breakers, air-conditioning disconnects, EV chargers and connected home devices.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year.

What you'll do:
- Lead strategy, development, and execution of all marketing growth programs (digital and traditional) to drive awareness, preference, and increase demand.
- Participate in strategic planning for the Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) business and develop market understanding of emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and contractors, developing talent and aligning capabilities to support organizational strategies.
- Lead marketing programs across Industrial, Commercial, and Residential markets, including Retail and E-Commerce Channels (Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, etc.)
- Lead creative integrated marketing campaigns to drive new product launches in both electrical distribution and retail channels (B2B and B2C marketing initiatives)
- Develop and execute retail in-store and online marketing activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee social marketing initiatives, strong focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, to engage and grow online community.
- Develop and execute loyalty programs to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition.
- Determine the most effective mix of customer-facing events, public and media relations, thought leadership initiatives, social media, digital tools, lead generation and lead nurturing activities, while upholding the Eaton brand
- Constantly evolve and develop understanding of ARS customer personas including contractors, homebuilders, distributors, and consumers to drive key business results.
- Effectively collaborates with key stakeholders outside ARS marketing such as: central marketing communications, sales, product management, supply chain, pricing, customer service, and outside vendors.
- Effectively manages budget allocations; provides accurate forecasts; processes, tracks and reconciles supplier invoices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Expertly utilizes the marketing technology (martech) stack for project management, execution, and measurement.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in digital marketing, marketing communications, or content marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Manager of People with additional leadership experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Located within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA or Peachtree City, GA.
- Master's degree from accredited institution.
- More than 3 years management and leadership experience
- Experienced with B2B, B2C and end to end marketing.
- Experience in Big Box Retail and Retail/Ecommerce marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation, loyalty programs and sales enablement strategy.
- Building products and manufacturing/electrical industry experience.
- Knowledge in retail, homebuilder, and distribution markets.
Skills:
- Strategic agility and the ability to navigate between strategic and tactical.
- Ability to travel up to 15% annually.
