What you'll do:
- Provide strategic leadership to create and implement result-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and demand, analyze campaign metrics and act upon results for continuous improvements.
- Create value-driven messaging and implement segment-based content marketing strategies and measurable outreach programs to distribute the right content through various marketing channels.
- Manage Eaton Electrical APAC messaging platform and assets in coordination with Corporate, segment and business marketing stakeholders.
- Contribute to content development, localization, and auditing to drive effective digital communications, including websites, social media, SEO/SEM.
- Understand all aspects of Eaton's brand promise, attributes and standards, and accurately represent Eaton in written and verbal communications. Act as a key steward of the company's brand identity strategy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B-to-B marketing, digital marketing or communications
- Experienced marketer who has strong project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects and complete projects to schedule.
- Experienced storyteller, copywriter and editor for multiple channels and formats
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and aptitude for understanding and explaining industrial information.
- Keen on learning and adopting new digital tools.
- Proficiency in English writing and speaking
- A team player. Ability to interact, communicate and manage expectations.
- Great attention to details. Ability to deliver high-quality and defect-free communication materials.
- Proactive and self-motivated. Be able work independently under pressure.
- Creative. Courage to contribute ideas and take initiative toward shared goals.
