Role Overview: The Market & Business Analyst will collect, interpret, and summarize data to support business growth in the Mobility APAC sector. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for stakeholders, focusing on market intelligence, sales excellence, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Insights:
- Monitor key parameters and indicators to track and forecast trends in the China automotive market, especially for light vehicles and heavy-duty trucks, including battery electric vehicles, plug-in electric vehicles, and natural gas vehicles.
- Analyze policy and technology trends, as well as customer and competitor dynamics, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc research on market topics such as electrification trends, exports, and OEM performance to provide actionable insights.
- Lead monthly and quarterly market reports for regional and global stakeholders.
Business Collaboration:
- Partner with the APAC commercial team to drive commercial outcomes, including new wins and pipeline tracking, and monitor sales performance.
- Participate in commercial team meetings, providing essential business insights to guide sales strategies and market focus.
- Support the APAC marketing manager with profit plan and strategic plan submissions, regional monthly operational reviews, and other business communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in automotive, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle architecture.
- Proficiency in data collection, processing, and analysis methods.
- Strong skills in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for learning, agility, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven attitude with a commitment to excellence.
