Eaton's Mobility Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Financial Analyst who will support consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial result within Mobility Group EMEA Plants in Italy, France and Poland.
Directly reporting to the HQ & Manufacturing Controller, the Manufacturing Financial Analyst will also support month end closure, forecasting and budgeting processes.
What you'll do:
- Consolidation of Actual, Rolling Forecast and Profit Plan results
- Variance Analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet vs. prior forecast, Profit Plan and prior year
- Support the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan process
- Responsible to share monthly KPI to Mobility EMEA functional Leaders (Operations, Quality, SCM)
- Support CI Cost Out report and ad hoc business cases
- Interaction between plants and HQ for ad hoc requests
- HQ ledger support for regional allocation process.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 1-3 years experience in Finance preferred in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.
Skills:
- Understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set,
- Effective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed
- Process & continuous improvement oriented
