We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

What you'll do:

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Manufacturing Engineering/QA function, ensuring our product quality satisfies the needs of the customer and is compliant with relevant certifications..

  • Lead process standard development, definition, documentation and deployment
  • Develop and optimize volume production manufacturing solutions for PCB assembly process
  • Lead production Equipment specifications definition and the associated sourcing process
  • Follow up machine projects with external suppliers, from design to qualification. Bring new Equipment in plant according to specification, time and budget
  • Travel to suppliers to monitor development activities and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptence Test) or Machine capabilities
  • Support Quality team
  • Support NPI team on initial customer & validation samples or future customer programs
  • Assist in training of production operators and maintenance personnel on production equipment
  • Technical Lead for improvement of OEE - equipment overall effectiveness and identify process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electronics
  • Previous experience of Manufacturing Engineering in PCBs manufacturing environment
  • 8D, A3, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
