What you'll do:
Come & join a growing team of global leader in UPS Solutions at New Delhi as a Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by generating profitable revenue growth within your territory. You will develop new business, build relationships, analyze customers' supply chain needs, and propose appropriate solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Business Vertical for operations will be non-manufacturing segment, majorly IT/ITES, Data Centers, Hospitals, Electrical Contractors, GeM, Government Sales,Turnkey Projects etc.

• Achieving Regional Primary & Secondary Sales Targets.
• Supervising, Supporting & Training Existing Channel Partners to increase sales in the region

• Regularly meeting all the important Electrical Consultants / Key influencers in the region
• Developing business in new business segment.
• Knowhow on potential business of Delhi-NCR.
• Exploring new channel partners for better Regional penetration
• Coordinating with SCM, Service & Customer for smooth execution of orders.
• Travelling : 50% time
• Capable to handle sales in Government / IT/ITeS / Corporate / System Integration / Channel Sales.
• A proven sales track record is must

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
Minimum of 6-10 years field sales experience
Skills:
Requires product application knowledge for UPS Systems
Strong Customer connect, market intelligence, effective communication skills, Negotiation skills & self drive to excel
