Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Manager, Enterprise Leadership & Professional Skills to join our Learning & Culture COE. This position is based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH location.
The Manager, Enterprise Leadership & Professional Skills will work across business units and functions to design and implement strategic leadership and professional skill development solutions. These solutions aim to align with the organization's mission, values, and business priorities. This position is part of the Global Learning and Culture leadership team and manages a team of two (2) direct reports.
This highly visible role will partner closely with key functional leaders in critical skills assessment, ultimately creating enterprise alignment for professional leadership learning. This position requires extensive experience, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative approach to identify, design, and deliver effective strategies.

Essential responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive, global leadership and professional development strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and growth plans for all leadership levels, from front-line to senior leadership.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports
• Collaboratively create a leadership framework and establish clear expectations for leaders throughout the organization.
• Design and manage leadership programs, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and other developmental interventions for leaders at all levels.
• Lead the Leadership Development team in creating and managing a global Leadership Development program portfolio, including budget management and coordination with external partners and vendors.
• Integrate innovative learning methodologies and technologies to enhance leadership development programs, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Partner with senior leaders, department heads, and regional stakeholders to understand business unit and global leadership needs.
• Influence and collaborate with HR teams and internal stakeholders across business areas and regions to develop sustainable, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Promote and champion talent assessment tools and methodologies to identify leadership capabilities and areas needing development.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of leadership development programs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance the relevancy and impact of leadership development initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Learning, Talent Management, Leadership Development and/or Performance Management roles with increasing responsibility
• Previous management experience
• Experience working in a global matrixed environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
• No relocation is offered for this position. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the Beachwood, OH location in order to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

• Ability to resolve problems using sound judgment and consistent standards

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
