Maintenance Facilities Supervisor

Tijuana, Mexico

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Maintenance Facilities Supervisor.

What you'll do:

Essential Functions:

1 Coordinate, establish and modify preventive and predictive maintenance in buildings, offices and services.
2 Coordinate and establish preventive maintenance procedures related with services machines.
3 Coordinate projects related with improve building, office, and services.
4 Report and update certifications related with building, office, and services.
5 Coordinate the budget in maintenance work related with building, office, and services.
6 Coordinate and assure safe work conditions, related to light, air, electricity and energy.
7 Coordinate cleaning services.
8 Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.

9 Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results

10 Coordinate, establish and modify preventive and predictive maintenance in buildings, offices and services.

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications:

  • University degree required, with qualification in maintenance or mechanical engineering or equivalent. Relevant advanced degree professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Maintenance or country equivalent).
  • Advanced English language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
  • 5 years' experience with an emphasis in facilities maintenance, utilities and capital projects.
  • Comprehension of industry, state, and country environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Facilities management budget control
  • Strong leadership skills, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement, including ability to manage large number of disparate projects and to track projects through completion Adept at development and utilization of software solutions
  • Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
  • Ability to lead and support cross-functional process improvement team
  • Electric Installations.
  • Fire Protection /Prevention Installation
  • Air Compressors Operation and maintenance.
  • Air Conditioning System, Extraction, Compressor ,Pneumatic ,Instrumentation, Electronic
  • Housekeeping services management
  • AutoCAD
