Additional responsibilities include attending meetings, cleaning garages, maintaining entry channels, painting terraces, cleaning tanks, taking meter readings, repairing paintwork, clearing snow, watering lawns and shrubs, making purchases, cleaning roofs, and taking vacations. They also participate in training sessions on fire safety, occupational health and safety, and technical standards, as well as training security staff. They respond to emergencies, assist at the reception, care for greenery, mow lawns, and prune vines. Operational tasks include managing emails and manuals.

Specific tasks related to building systems include maintaining sprinklers, Inergen systems, compressors, elevators, detectors, HVAC ventilation, conducting fire drills, and managing diesel generators.
Additionally, it is their duty to maintain a regular on-call service."

Qualifications:

High School, technical field - electrical engineering field
5 years in a similar position, knowledge of electrical enginnering and technical fields, experience with maintenence of buildings
