We are seeking an experienced Life Safety Project Specification Engineer - Customer Facing to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in growing the business through Demand Creation of Life Safety solutions. The ideal candidate shall have a strong understanding of Electrical and Life Safety Systems, Design Principles & Life Safety Standards.

What you'll do:
- Maintain open communication and establish trust with key consultants and end users.
- Work closely with the Designers & End users to prescribe Eaton's Range of Emergency Lighting & Fire Systems.
- Identify new opportunities and play a vital role in shaping the commercial strategy.
- Plan Promotional Activities, Presentations and Training sessions for consultants & end users.
- Master Eaton's Life Safety Systems product portfolio of Emergency Lighting & Fire Systems.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the regional product management team to enhance product acceptance and guide development plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and implement Demand creation plan to address the gaps.
- Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities.
- Update & Maintain Prequalification Documents & Design support tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience as Specification/Product Engineer within the electrical /life safety industry.
- Proven ability in Specifying Solutions with Major Designers & End users.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical /life safety systems, including Fire Alarm & Emergency lighting.
- Valid UAE driver's license is required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
