Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lead Scrum Master. This position is based in either Beachwood, OH: Southfield, MI: Menomonee Falls, WI: Raleigh, NC:: Houston, TX or Moon Township, PA on a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

Dedicated to eliminating team impediments, collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineers, and product team members to streamline the product development lifecycle, craft user stories, and manage the product backlog.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including release planning, review, retrospectives, backlog refinement and daily stand-ups
- Support a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle
- Trains and supports Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices
- Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories
- Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product
- Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities
- Resolve impediments and escalate where required
- Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable
- Supports a psychologically safe environment and trusting for the team to raise and resolve issues
- Leads the capacity planning for each sprint
- Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders
- Assists to improve the Agile/Scrum teams on a continuous basis
- Manage one Scrum team, potentially across multiple geographies
- Support product owner in cost tracking for scrum projects
- Champion and facilitate adoption of Agile/ Scrum standards, tools and best practices
- Support the team in using agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (required):
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of IT experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of one of the locations listed in the job description to be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with applying agile / scrum / kanban principles
- Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA and confluence
- Salesforce.com experience
- General understanding of DevSecOps principles
