What you'll do:
Responsible for the successful launch and execution of the ALL NPIs and any special projects in Business Unit (BU). Lead the Integrated Product Teams, including all aspects of Program Management, to drive customer satisfaction, enable an on-time launch, control total program budget, achieve target cost, protect IP, and execute successful supplier contracts. Has a dual function - serves as the Manager of Program Managers as well as leads NPI/special projects to ensure flawless program execution and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for overall NPI/special projects execution and performance of the BU for cost, quality, delivery, profitability, budgets, and internal & external customer satisfaction.
- Own and meet the Goals for the NPI performance Metrics for the BU.
- Direct, manage, coach, mentor ALL Program/Project Managers in the BU.
- Co-ordinate/ conduct/sign-off on Program reviews/ DGCs wtihin the BU to ensure timely completion of GATES and to act as advocate for the PMs in the BU to escalate/resolve issues where needed
- Liaise with PMO for cascading of processes, systems, tools, trainings, best practices, and functional excellence to BU PMs and also contribute to the PMO/ PM community by conducting trainings assigned in Steering Commitee
- Interface with Eaton Leadership to correct underperforming areas in NPI execution, as necessary.
- Lead creation and implementation of lessons learned for BU to facilitate continuous improvement in future launches and NPI processes/systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field required; MBA and PMP Certification preferred.
- 10+ years senior management experience combining extensive global operations, engineering and/or sales / marketing experience.

- Strong background in engineering, program management, and / or general management.
- Strategic thinker who is adept at building organizational capability through communicating a vision that both engages and motivates the organization while holding them accountable to achieve stretch results.
- A results oriented and highly adaptable person who can be a supportive team player in a corporate environment.
- A focused, intelligent individual who is a pragmatic motivator with a good decision-making skills.
- Leadership, communication and influencing skills sufficient to manage a multi-cultural, matrixed and global organization with a diverse workforce
