What you'll do:
Lead - Learning will assess, design, develop, and manage learning solution projects, often through blended solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across India and South Asia businesses to understanding learning needs and developing strategic learning plans to address them.
• Lead New Employee Orientation programs to assimilate new hires with Eaton Culture and processes.
• Deploy Eaton University monthly learning calendar addressing identified areas of development and facilitate training programs.
• Follow best practice instructional design methodologies to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
• Actively promote and drive global learning curriculums.

• Collaborate with internal client groups to scope and charter learning projects, assist in learning needs assessments, and design strategic learning plans.
• Continuously build and enhance internal trainer capabilities to expand employee reach and increase quality learning offerings addressing business needs.
• Partner with business partners to design high-impact learning day experiences for employees.
• Build and own skill building curriculums on most needed areas.
• Enable peer-learning by leveraging technology and connecting employees across function.
• Enable data-based decision-making by actively managing accurate learning data and analyzing adoption trends.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and measure the business impact of key programs.
• Establish vendor management strategy and identify high-impact, cost-effective partnerships; maintain vendor / partner data base.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in human resources, instructional design, organizational development, business administration, or education.
• 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in L&D roles.
Skills:
• Expertise in learning needs assessment, customer-facing roles, learning solutions design methodology, and toolkits.
• Superior communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with adult learning theory, facilitation skills, and development of learning solutions (eLearning, face-to-face training, etc.).
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with performance analysis tools and techniques is an advantage.
• Experience in leveraging learning technologies and their application is preferred.
