What you'll do:

- Coordinate with various functions to drive cost out of manufacturing sites.
- Standardize and optimize processes among plants to facilitate benchmark and experience sharing among sites.

- Work with operation teams of all sites to continuously promote productivity improvement, conduct cost control and variance analysis, expose root cause and advise solutions.
- Keep track of saving status for key operating projects.
- Actively interact with IU customers for annual TP review.
- Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret financial forecasts and operating results in timely manner.
- Lead division cost analysis to better meet commercial needs.
- Interpret, implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure financials are reported in compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements.
- Monitor HQ ledger closing and within budget spending, and ensure the integrity of the monthly account reconciliation.
- Support finance controller on forecast, profit plan activity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, master's degree is preferred
6+ years accounting/finance experience
At least 3 year in FP&A in MNC dealing with multi-entities
Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented and fluency in English
Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization
Able to work under high pressure, strong commitment to deadlines
Team spirit and diligent, with strong accountability sense and continuous learning desire
