What you'll do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Lead Engineer with expertise in mobile app testing and IoT device automation. As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for our IoT-enabled mobile applications and devices. You will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks, ensure optimal test coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring effective execution of test plans.
Test Planning & Execution:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for mobile apps and IoT devices.
• Identify key test scenarios, ensuring end-to-end test coverage across devices, platforms, and network conditions.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Automation Framework Development:
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks for mobile apps and IoT device testing using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure scalability and reusability of automation scripts to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Debugging & Troubleshooting:
• Analyze logs, monitor performance, and identify root causes of issues in mobile apps and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve defects promptly.
Quality Metrics & Reporting:
• Define and track quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and automation pass rates.
• Deliver detailed reports on QA outcomes, highlighting risks and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and IoT device testing.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other IoT communication protocols.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure IOT platform).
• Knowledge of security testing for IoT ecosystems.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Qualifications:
- B.E. (10+6 Years)
- 10+ years and at least 2+ in Lead role
Skills:
• Strong expertise in mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and IoT device testing.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other IoT communication protocols.
