Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions is hiring a LATAM Regional Marketing Director in Iztapalapa, MX. This position requires up to 30% travel.

What you'll do:

MAIN FUNCTION

Reporting to the Global Vice President General Manager GEIS the LATAM Regional Marketing Director will lead the marketing function for Latin America to accelerate profitable growth in the region through generation of strategies and driving cross-functional execution through standard processes in close partnership with sales, human resources, finance and operations. You will focus on ensuring regional penetration on organic growth strategies across the Crouse-Hinds and B-Line portfolio and lead regional M&A activities. This includes development, deployment and execution of demand generation strategies, pricing initiatives, go-to-market strategies and product offerings to support profitable growth. You will partner across functions to support external and internal stakeholders to drive ease of doing business, drive predictability, gain alignment and drive continuous improvement for short-and-long-term initiatives. Additionally, this position serves as a member of the regional leadership team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for leading the development and execution of the growth strategies, product offering, pricing and go-to-market plans for the business portfolio of products
• Develop Go-To-Market models, sales and channel structures and functional support necessary to support both existing and developing regions and segments
• Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing strategies and campaigns using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, digital and other growth tools while managing our brand identity
• Manage the customer communication channels and conduct customer research and surveys to understand their needs, preferences, challenges, and feedback; Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, engineering, support, and operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience
• Oversee the entire offering lifecycle from ideation and market research to launch and optimization of global and local portfolios; monitor the performance and profitability of the offerings and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and execute standard work through planning and pipeline management to support growth and drive productivity, efficiency and predictability cross-functionally
• Develop organizational capabilities within the function to foster culture, develop talent, optimize structure and ensure succession planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 15 years of marketing and/or sales progressive experience
• Advanced English (able to establish business conversations)
• B2B experience
• P&L ownership experience

• This position does not offer Relocation. All candidates must reside within 50miles of the Iztapalapa site.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Products sold through electrical distribution
• Work within a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Translate growth strategies into practical sales plans, best practices and operational structures with a broad portfolio of business model and industry vertical commercial experience.
• Developing and Executing Strategic Plans
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies
• Selling large projects to Engineering, Procurement and Construction firms

• Data infrastructure and Analytics

• Understanding development and sales cycle of technical products

Skills:

  • Ability to be on site at primary location
  • Ability to travel across Latin America region (30%)
  • Work in a cross-functional global structure
