What you'll do:

As a Junior Automation Analyst you are going to be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and automation, design, develop and implement automation workflows. Your direct manager is the BI & Automation Managerbased in Budapest, Hungary as well. Join our diverse and inclusive team of over 7 professionals.

Your main responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using industry-leading automation tools.
• Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights and provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve automation strategies and best practices.
• Document automation workflows, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Experience or knowledge in process automation and data analysis is a plus, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and competency in Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
  • Power Query knowledge is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in automation projects is desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, VBA or similar languages) to automate processes and perform data analysis.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in the field of process automation and AI.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative setting.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
