The AI Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to deployment. This position involves translating business needs into AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, and driving user adoption. Positioned at the intersection of technology and business, this role demands expertise in AI, product strategy, and market positioning. Key responsibilities include developing product strategy, guiding development teams, and aligning product features with strategic objectives. The AI Product Manager collaborates closely with engineers and data scientists to define specifications and works with marketing and sales teams to ensure market resonance. Additionally, they manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and make strategic decisions that balance business goals with technological capabilities. This role can be located at any Eaton U.S location and requires 25% travel.

What you'll do:

• Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of AI products.
• work with engineers and data scientists to define specs and with marketing and sales to ensure market fit.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and balancing business goals with tech capabilities.
• Define AI product vision, roadmaps, and requirements based on business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Oversee AI use case identification, prototyping, validation, and deployment.
• Track and measure AI's impact on business processes.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years in IT product management.
• Minimum three (3) years delivering AI/ML enterprise product development, delivering products and programs at scale and in within global enterprise IT systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience partnering across varying levels of leadership to drive successful communications and delivery strategies that achieve successful outcomes with a measurable ROI.
• Hands on and working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-related AI applications.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $175,000-$250,000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
