The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year.

What you'll do:

The Senior Specialist IT is the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging expertise in business analysis to interpret business requirements into IT technical design, recommending and implementing analytic solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The Senior Specialist IT - Business Analyst is an expert in business analysis tools and techniques and possesses extensive experience in IT process and technology transformations and implementation. This position requires a broad business analyst background, experience with advance business analysis and governance processes and advance business acumen. This role provides thought-leadership in driving project objectives forward - cross-regional.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and preferably an understanding of AI technologies (else ability to learn quickly). This role involves identifying and defining opportunities to leverage AI within our product engineering applications to drive innovation and efficiency, as well as developing and implementing AI-driven solutions.

• Business Analysis Planning: Plan the business analysis approach for projects, determine the deliverables, estimate business analysis effort, and determine metrics to be used to monitor the success of analysis work.
• Requirements Elicitation: Conduct requirements gathering activities (brainstorming, focus groups, interviews, observation, prototyping, workshops), document the results, and validate that the documented requirements meet the stakeholders' needs.

* This Hybrid role must report on-site 3 days a week at the posted locations.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• 7 years of business analyst (customer - facing) experience leading Information Technology corporate projects.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an engineering or technology environment.

• Only candidates currently living within a 50-mile radius of posted geographical areas will be considered for this role .
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in product engineering.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.

• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

• Experience in assimilating engineering data in PLM, MES, ERP, and Project Management tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain and present technical concepts.
