The hourly rate for this position is $25.96 per hour.

What you'll do:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supply Chain Management Sustainability Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on three major categories: Supply Chain Professional Communication, Supplier Communication, and Category Strategy Alignment. The Sustainability Analyst will be responsible for communicating with key internal and external stakeholders regarding Eaton's 2030 Sustainability Goals. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Professional Communication:
o Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including GPO, SCM leaders, and SCM COE team members.
o Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on sustainability initiatives and progress towards Eaton's 2030 Sustainability Goals.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sustainability goals within the supply chain.

2. Supplier Communication:
o Engage with suppliers to reinforce Eaton's Supplier Code of Conduct and sustainability expectations.
o Quantify emissions and risks by category across the supply chain and target high-impact suppliers for disclosure and engagement.
o Evaluate supplier progress on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions goals and reduction targets through platforms like CDP Supply Chain and Supplier KPIs.

3. Category Strategy Alignment:
o Ensure sustainability is embedded into supply chain category strategies, including supplier evaluation, sourcing processes, and project awards.
o Conduct maturity assessments and set goals for key suppliers to improve sustainability performance.
o Monitor and refine Scope 3 emissions calculations and track progress towards sustainability targets.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or received a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship on an ongoing basis.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles, GHG emissions reduction, and responsible sourcing practices.'

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sustainability reporting and disclosure platforms such as CDP, Resilinc, or Responsible Business Alliance tools.
  • Familiarity with Eaton's 2030 Sustainability Goals and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
