What you'll do:
Eaton Industries (Canada) Company located in Airdrie, AB has an opening for a 8-month internship opportunity for Quality Support. This role commences in Jan 2025.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Support Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management and process improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The intern will play a key role in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assisting in the development of a new program aimed at providing feedback to various departments regarding their quality errors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of a feedback program to address quality errors and improve departmental performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct data analysis to track quality trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
- This position does not offer relocation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
