The hourly rate for this position is $20.77 - $25.96 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on integrated product teams to improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Participate in capacity improvement, cost-out and/or lean manufacturing projects, analyzing proposed improvements and implementing change.
- Update work instructions and procedures to improve the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Junior/Senior status with a major in Engineering or BS technical degree (STEM) at an accredited institution.
- Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please do not round).
- Geographically Flexible to relocate within United States.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR/EAR or have the ability to be authorized under licenses from Department of State and Department of Commerce. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Junior/Senior standing towards bachelor's degree in ABET accredited
- Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering program
- Prior related internship or work experience
- Hands on experience with aircraft or aircraft systems.
