Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Application Engineering Intern.
What you'll do:
Primary Function
The successful candidate will work on the Projects/Quotations team responsible for working on Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) projects. The intern will have an opportunity to learn more about Eaton's Critical Power Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) Sales function and the data center market in Canada, be actively involved in creating CAD drawings, manuals, quotations, product brochures and sales tools.
Essential Functions
- Preparation of proposal drawings - includes single line diagram, outlines, and current ratings.
- UPS technical sales support.
- Preparing manuals and production schedule for large projects.
- Reviewing and modifying existing sales tools.
- Performs all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values, Code of Ethics as well as Safety and Environmental standards & commitment to safety and cost improvement.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a college diploma or university degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AutoCAD.
- A student completing their final co-op placement.

- Excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
