Eaton's GEIS division is currently seeking a Inside Sales Specialist.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you'll do:
- You will assist the sales representative on quotations to customers.
- You will receive incoming telephone calls regarding technical help, product application, where to find material, and standard terms and conditions pertaining to the sale of the products.
- You will be familiar with competitor's products and prices, and continuously increase knowledge of Eaton Crouse-Hinds & B-Line products and their application advantages to customer needs.
- Perform cross reference requests to support conversions from competitive product.
- Collaborate with various departments to support both Pre-sale and Post-sale activities in order to drive customer satisfaction. (Pricing, Customer Service, Operations, Compliance, Logistics, Quality, Product Line Management, Engineering, Finance, & the Warehouse team)
- Perform various order management related functions where required. (Urgent shipping requests, expedite requests, return requests, and order cancellations.)
- Help maintain record keeping and reporting of weekly sales for district managers. (Eaton SharePoint)
- Facilitate training opportunities for new team members within the sales organization - both internal reps and agents.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience working within the electrical industry OR High School Diploma with 5 years experience working within the electrical industry
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Houston, TX. Active-duty military members are exempt from this geographical limitation.
