The primary function of the Inside Sales Representative, in Casablanca, is to provide Field Sales and Field Service teams with pre- and post-sales administrative support, including maintenance service administration, dispatching, product related services as well as managing product problems/warranty and application assistance received via phone, email or Web.
What you'll do:
- Develop service related awareness / knowledge for internal and external customers and represent the company towards customers;
- Partner with field sales to support and influence designated sales goals;
- Support customers and outside sales resources from inside the office;
- Combine sales, commercial and technical capabilities to provide broad sales support to close orders including: create offers, bills of material, quotations, pricing, technical support, commercial supports focused primarily on the technical aspects after the sales becomes and order;
- Administrate service maintenance tasks of all types carried out by field services work force using relevant databases and applications to ensure up-to-date data for all customers at all times;
- Gain understanding on the distributed product portfolio and related services with the clear focus of the impact it has on the customer.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree.
Skills:
- Customer service or logistics experience preferably on electrical/IT/telecommunication business;
- Overall understanding of Eaton distributed electrical products and services;
- Experience with usage of sales and order processing tools, ERP systems, such SAP or Oracle(Salesforce knowledge is a plus);
- Good analytical skills to manage customers' databases with high reliability;
- Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to support other team members besides daily work;
- Fluency in French and intermediate English capabilities.
