What you'll do:
- This position is responsible for managing the team with 12 members across Greater China to deliver the defined scope of life cycle support to all the business groups within the geographical coverage and at the service level agreements as set. This position will also take in charge of hiring, coaching the HRS agents as well as the job assignment and performance management.
- Staff the HRS life cycle team, train and supervise them to deliver a high level of service performance.
- End-to-end process design, lead team to execute the various processes including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, contract management, local talent applications program, working hours program application by site, employee transfer and related query etc.
- Develop and coach life cycle team to continuously build up life cycle team capability and achieve a great level of engagement and sustainable resource to business.
- Determine the related working procedures and work with OPEX team continue to make improvement on productivity and efficiency in the service delivery.
- Regularly review team's performance level and be accountable to achieve service metrics of SLA, accuracy, zero incident, TTR & customer satisfaction etc. of payroll function.
- Fully understand and analyse customers' feedback from different channels, identify the root cause/gap and drive for the improvement from team execution level.
- Proactively communicate with key internal stakeholders to identify business needs, then evaluate any value-added solution that team can offer. Always has the mindset to drive team from the service provider to solution center.
- Cooperate with other HRS work stream leaders to ensure the smooth HRS operations and offer customer total solutions.
- Leverage CI and digital tools to drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
- Escalate the services requests beyond HRS scope and SOP to the next level.
- Cross functional collaboration to drive higher performance, by working with COE, legal, HRBP.
- Monitor local labor law and regulations change and take actions accordingly.
- Lead HR Services projects and programs to align with HRS strategy of providing reliable and efficient solutions.
- Other assignments needed from supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, Master is preferred.
- 8 years and above related work experience
- Good knowledge of China local labor law and regulations, communications, digital tools
- Leadership capability, customer service mindset
- Good knowledge of Labor law, regulations and government process
