Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a HR Training Coordinator. The position will be based at our site in Sumter, SC.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $65250.0 - $95700.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Job Responsibilities:
- You will lead the coordination and maintenance of site wide training programs for a workforce of approximately 750 fulltime and contingent workers. Programs may include, but not limited to OJT Checklist, Site Wide Annual Training Plan, Development Plan tracking for production team members, new hire and temporary checklist and Eaton University.
- You will facilitate New Hire Employee Orientation and modify content as needed to ensure an effective onboarding experience for new team members (on site and remote).
- You will develop content utilizing various media including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, video & photography.
- You will serve as the community liaison and coordinate outreach events in support of talent development partnerships with local schools, military installations and other organizations.
- You will partner with functional leaders to update training content, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with internal systems and programs including Eaton University and MQ1.
- You will manage site wide training updates and communications via monthly reports, newsletters, meetings & monitors.
- You will be responsible for the coordination and setup of content compilation for monthly All Employee Meetings.
- You will collaborate with local IT to maintain standards and scheduling for the computer training lab.
- You will support local projects, internal and external benchmarking and facilitate training sessions as assigned.
- You will drive for continuous improvement and support 5S initiatives in support of Zero Incident Culture.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative process and developing presentations or training content.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Manufacturing experience
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Skills:
Technical knowledge
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Camtasia Studio preferred.
Soft skills
- The ability to effectively communicate
