This role will be contribute to create a culture of excellence and a positive company culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards through the deployment of all relevant HR processes.
What you'll do:
- Contributes to create a culture of excellence that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards.
- Fosters a positive climate in the work environment through the deployment of HR processes in support of the business strategy.
- Supporting plant training needs analysis and training coordination/implementation. Follow up training records and skill matrix
- Responsible for especially blue-collar employees hiring process
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze results of employees in production department
- Follow-up the engagement calendar and take the necessary action in the organization of the events of production site
- Supports HRM in conducting hourly new hire orientations and onboarding processing of production site
- Follow up disciplinary issues, actions and communicating with local legal team for disciplinary issues
- Coach and support front line leaders and implementing the outcomes of the project
- Search opportunities to adapt Eaton policies and procedures with change management process for shop floor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of related departments
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
- Ideally experienced in a manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Assessment & Selection, Trainings, Labour Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, Matrix Organisation
- Excellent communication skills and team oriented Strong language capability Turkish and English
- Good change management skills to drive sustained cultural change despite resistance
- Self-sufficiency in managing simultaneous assignments; flexibility; strong analytical/problem solving skills
