Eaton's Electrical Business ANZ is hiring a Head of Human Resource in Sydney, Australia.
What you'll do:
As a pivotal member of the ANZ SLT, this role is the architect of transformative HR strategies, driving org. excellence and igniting a high-performance culture to propel the division's ambitious growth agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the division's business growth.
- Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives to build organizational capability.

- Partner with business leaders and MOPs to assess talent needs, capability gaps and design/develop talent strategy to support a high performance organization. Provides coaching, facilitation, team development in consultation with business leaders to implement organization improvement initiatives and foster organizational learning.
- Lead the performance management process, and provide coaching, facilitation, team development in consultation with business leaders to implement organization improvement initiatives.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to drive continuous improvement and cultural transformation.
3. Compensation and Benefits
- Lead total rewards initiatives and annual planning cycle deployment in ANZ division to drive pay for performance culture.
- Work closely with region and business on incentive plans design and review to drive high performance workforce.
4. Employee Engagement/Relations and Culture
- Lead the employee engagement process (employee survey) and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in organizational effectiveness.
- Deploy, and coordinate various I&D initiatives and culture initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks to protect the organization's reputation and legal standing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's degree preferred
15+ years solid human resources experience with extensive experience in HR partners/general HR, and at lease 5 year in HR management role.
Skills:
• Strategic agility and capability to partner with business. Strong influence skills and capable to work in matrix organizations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a multi-national or cross-cultural environment.
• Involvement in HR strategy, leader quality and workforce planning and implementation to improve organizational effectiveness
• Critical thinker - strong analytical, consulting, coaching and influence skills.
• Strong Change management skills and practical experience in management change initiatives.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Strong facilitation and analytic skills.
