What you'll do:
- Support new product and transfer from China to Philippines.
- Assigned on packaging commodity - qualification and approval of new development, localization, and supplier transfers.
- Linking bridge between China RD and Philippines RD on design alignment and compliance
- Support new and product transfers.
- Initiate/create modification on packaging design involving qualification of existing and new supplier samples.
- Support production line in solving quality issue, material shortage and rework related to packaging.
- Design change for improvements, and for packaging specification. Validate improvement and linking information of design issue to design team and suppliers.
- Evaluate internal and external customer request and provide systematical approach for closure.
- Ability and understand to facilitate application of engineering change request and change order

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree on Engineering, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
• Has work experience at least 2 years
Skills:
• A strong portfolio of graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Ability to work progressively, in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
