In this role, you will support our Engineering teams achieve business goals. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of project elements including engineering design, manufacturing, and testing of equipment.
  • Record and analyze engineering data.
  • Perform engineering calculations under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Attend meetings and take notes on engineering projects.
  • Report findings and experiences to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Comply with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Be aware of and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety Regulations, Eaton's Quality Management System, and Eaton Ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Engineering degree with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Passionate about innovation and technology.
  • Ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems.
  • Driven and achievement-oriented.
