Golf Pride®, the #1 golf grip brand worldwide, aims to strengthen our commercial leadership team, and the global brand with an experienced sales executive. This position will be based at our state of the art Golf Pride headquarters in Pinehurst, NC. Relocation assistance is available. Up to 40% travel is expected.
What you'll do:
You will be the driving force behind our channel strategy across all global markets, including North and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Asia. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have the freedom to build and execute a comprehensive customer and trade strategy that aligns with our consumer growth vision.
In the long term, you will build a high-performance sales culture, prepare compelling consumer-driven proposals, and thoughtfully assess opportunities for growth in underdeveloped markets. To achieve this, you will partner closely with product management and other cross-functional teams to strategically define and elevate our sales direction, emphasizing the desire for an enhanced consumer and customer experience.

In this role, you will...
• Develop and implement a customer and trade vision that speaks to how our relationships must evolve to support the consumer growth strategy across all channels, regions and lines of business. Current global sales channels include Retail, Green-Grass (Golf Course), OEM (Golf Club Manufacturers), and Owned retail store
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, change management, and accountability
• Work with product & marketing leaders to develop a compelling way to bring consumer growth strategy to market
• Serve as an advocate for ensuring customer perspective is clearly understood at Golf Pride
• Evaluate & reinforce sales processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with other commercial functions (ex. SIOP)
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global customers, ensuring Golf Pride strategies continue to deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and commercial operations, to execute customer-level sell-thru activation plans & efficient monthly sales execution
• Assess and understand market trends, customer unmet needs, and the competitive landscape to identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales with an emphasis in consumer packaged goods
• Experience leading a sales organization including at least 5+ years as a leader, ideally managing multiple layers of people leaders
• Experience in regional or global leadership role
• Ability to travel up to 40% (global + domestic)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Authentic golf knowledge & passion with understanding of industry and consumer
• 5+ years of experience managing both direct and indirect sales models
• Sales/operations experience in major global markets (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific)

The expected annual salary range for this role is $136500.03 - $200200.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
