As a FP&A Analyst you'll serve as a business partner between Plant Controller and Temelli Team. This position will be responsible for partnering with all levels of the organization from individual activity centers in order to provide finance support.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and execute monthly financial reporting, including month-end closing, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting.
- Partner with the Plant Controller to drive financial results, identify key drivers of variances, and provide insightful comments on forecasts and profit plans.
- Standardize processes, develop and implement improvements, and lead digitalization efforts.
- Assist with ad hoc finance projects, providing fact-based recommendations to support informed business decisions.
- Create tools and reports to analyze actuals, forecasts, and profit plans, identifying risks and opportunities to drive business goals.
- Manage day-to-day activities, working closely with all functions to understand budgets and ensure consistent application of accounting and forecasting policies.
- Engage in various special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Economics and Administrative Sciences or relevant field.
- Experience in a relevant accounting / finance role / independent audit : 2+ years.
Skills:
- Strong SAP knowledge: 2+ years.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Analytical skills - ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial analysis/reports.
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication - ability to work closely with all levels of management, peers and/or functions.
- Flexible and collaborative, ready to adapt and improve.
- Learning agility and willing to grow within the function.
