Eaton in Tczew is a manufacturer of a wide range of components and products for the automotive industry (passenger vehicles and trucks), requiring advanced technologies and modern solutions. As a Financial Controller you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and control P&L and balance sheet within profit plan and forecast expectations.
  • Analyze and report variances in actual vs. forecast vs. plan vs. prior year.
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data and reports.
  • Evaluate and improve departmental budget systems and performance reports.
  • Support cost-saving programs and profitability improvements.
  • Lead cost accounting processes and evaluate capital appropriation request.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in controlling.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; result-driven.
  • Knowledge of SOX, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
  • ERP system experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Manufacturing controlling experience is a plus.
  • Experience in corporation/matrix organization or Big4 is a plus.
  • Oracle Hyperion Financial Management/Encore and Oracle ERPs are a plus.
