Based in Casablanca, the Field Service Operation Support role involves dynamic interaction with internal teams, including the Service Operations Manager, Field Service staff, Service Sales Department, and logistics teams, as well as maintaining strong external communication with customers via phone and email channels.
What you'll do:
- Respond promptly to customer email inquiries to resolve complaints or issues;
- Communicate with internal teams to address customer concerns and coordinate solutions;
- Follow up on customer requests and inquiries;
- Coordinate commissioning with the customer;
- Schedule maintenance appointments with the customer;
- Coordinate access permits to the site for Field Service Engineers (FSE);
- Proactively plan maintenance operations;
- Plan optimal weekly deployment for Field Service Staff (Eaton FSE & contractor technicians);
- Order necessary spare parts for products under contracts or warranty;
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher.
Skills:
- Fluent French;
- Proficient in office tools, SAP, Salesforce.
