What you'll do:
As Field Service Engineer you will provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products in Gavle Data Centers.. You will be representing Eaton towards our biggest customer. With your experience within Power Distribution and Medium Voltage products as switchgears, transformers and relay protection you ensure maximum customer satisfaction within new project execution as well as preventive maintenance works. - Perform commissioning, service, repair, preventive maintenance and retrofits on Eaton's Installed Base/products.
- Actively be involved in scheduling/planning of works.
- Together with Power Distribution Sales Manager develop our services in Sweden.
- Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPI's.
- Secure time reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.
- Attending all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy.
- Working and acting in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics.
- Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in planning and commissioning scheduling.
- Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
- Maintain direct links with business units in technical issues.
- Support Eaton's Environment, Health & Safety culture
Qualifications:
- Electrical program or similar at gymnasium level
- Several years of work experience of Medium Voltage field work
- Knowledgeable in Medium Voltage (MV) area, especially with MV-switchgears, MV-transformers, relay protections, commissioning, service/repairs of MV equipment
- Fluency in English and Swedish languages
- Customer focused attitude and be able to work together with different cultures
- Able to follow instructions with flexibility
