What you'll do:

As our Field Sales Leader will be working as part of the wider commercial buildings sales team, and will lead Eaton's UK Fire & Intrusion sales teams, progressing and contributing to our exciting strategy to increase sales and market share for device and system sales.

Additionally, You will lead team in the execution of strategies working with System Integrators/Installers and resellers or other select partners to drive sales into (push) and out of channel partners (pull).

  • Developing a high-performing team through leadership, coaching and a culture of learning with a focus on digital tools/assets and data driven decision making
  • Driving Fire & Intrusion strategies to deliver the annual profit plan, accelerating the sales pipeline and providing accurate run-rate insight/forecasting for demand management and production scheduling
  • Ensuring engagement across multiple internal stakeholders, decision makers and influencers to drive a successful team and sales progression with updates on performance and potential areas for improvement
  • Being the voice of Fire & Intrusions solutions to drive cross pollination of opportunities and engagement between the teams to realize mutual objectives and build organizational capability
  • Being active in the wider Eaton team through setting clear KPI's and objectives, monitoring and presenting progress against targets with sales individuals, the sales team and senior business leaders
  • Effectively capturing account, opportunity and activity data within CRM to be leveraged in effective, data-based decision making, coaching & development
  • Using and embrace the digital sales enablement tools to maximize your chances of success and enable a digital mindset across the teams
  • Collaborating with other sales teams and marketing acting where possible as One Eaton.

Qualifications:

  • Having a college degree or Higher Education degree is preferred.
  • Being a proven sales performer with 2+ years of sales management experience is essential.

Skills:

  • Having a B2B channel sales experience with a clear understanding of sales processes
  • Being comfortable with data, experience of CRM systems such as Power BI, Salesforce or Dynamics
  • Fire and security industry knowledge preferred, but not essential
  • Being able to lead, coach and influence direct reports and wider organization through use of appropriate strategies
  • Being able to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying and delivering on opportunities to create value
  • Being a team player, consultative & detailed, driven, resilient & can-do attitude
  • Being a person is positive and energetic.
  • Being able to use data to set KPI's, manage and present performance against them and key metrics
