What you'll do:

The primary function of the job is to provide PD field application related activities within SIM country either direct to customer or through partners work together with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, exceed annual sales and growth targets.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Promoting Eaton products in JP market, to identify and advise local requirement spec to reflect into Eaton PD product.
  • Identify and engage potential GC, Sub-con, design consulting company to promote Eaton PD products as the solution.
  • Develop attractive solution with competitive price for GC, Sub-con and design consultant.
  • Provide and maintain a good service and support level to customers, as to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product & Solution sharing, specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers.
  • Conduct onsite hands-on trouble shooting and service application support.
  • Decent knowledge of data-center solution involving LV & MV Power Distribution.
  • Know-how of Containerized system integration works in design stage.
  • To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking.
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements.
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals.
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS.
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, major in engineering.
  • 10+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing.
  • Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge.
  • Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances.
  • Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Japanese and English, prefer Chinese.
  • Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel.
  • Strong Time Management Skills.
  • Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
