We're building a state-of-the-art manufacturing campus in Vietnam, and we are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The Facility Supervisor will assist with facility-related local government affairs, coordinate with suppliers, oversee security and cleaning services, manage food and beverage services, develop and implement administrative policies, and handle special projects. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
What you'll do:
- Assist with facility-related local government affairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and oversee security and cleaning services to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Manage food and beverage services, ensuring quality and compliance with health standards.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring all equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control the budget for facility-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field1.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus1.
- Experience in multinational companies or newly established plants is highly preferred1.
- Familiarity with local Vietnamese culture to help the company integrate smoothly into the local environment1.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure1.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of work1.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of facility management practices, safety regulations, and vendor management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
