Eaton is currently looking for a Executive Assistant to join the team in Morges, Switzerland.
What you'll do:
Executive Assistant provides high level and comprehensive administrative support for several of the organization's executives, requiring a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's procedures and people. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, resolving any scheduling issues in a timely manner
• Manage content and flow of information to executive's team, other executives and Senior Leadership

• Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals and expense reporting
• Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time. These activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases; arranging and attending meetings and events; taking and distributing meeting action items; coordinating projects; scheduling interviews
• Maintain filing system and contacts database
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Business Administration Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years in a multi-national office environment
Skills:
- Excellent command of Microsoft applications, fluent French & English, other languages are a plus
- Multi-tasker who is resourceful and can prioritize work with strong initiative, ability to anticipate and plan
